The Thai Kitchen has a special surprise for dim sum lovers as Chef de Cuisine, Supattra Boonsrang creates a new pop-up menu to entice guest’s palates with a modern culinary approach in line with the authentic dim sum tradition. Dim sums are bite-sized delicacies that originate from Southern Chinese teahouses where ‘Yum Cha', ‘drinking tea' was developed into a masterful dining ritual.

Embark on a journey to downtown Bangkok as our dim sum trolley makes its way through the bustling restaurant. Guests can indulge in new selections of dumplings featuring several delights that include Chicken & Prawn Dumpling with Coriander, Scallop Dumpling with Spinach, Jade Dumpling, BBQ Chicken Char Siew Pau to name a few of the delectable items on offer.
