Q: Can I create my own wedding menu?
A: Park Hyatt Dubai’s events and culinary team can assist you in creating a truly delightful menu, guaranteed to satisfy your taste as well as meeting meet your budget. See some menu examples here.

Q: Does the hotel provide special rates for wedding guests who may wish to stay at Park Hyatt Dubai?
A: We not only offer the bridal couple a special rate, but also every guest attending the wedding and wishing to stay at the property is offered a special rate. Please contact our dedicated events team on: +9714 602 1234 for more information for the available rate for your wedding.

Q: Is parking available for my guests?
A: Park Hyatt Dubai offers free onsite parking facilities for up to 450 vehicles which is complementary for you and your guests.

Q: What is the weather like in Dubai?
A: Dubai has only two seasons, summer and winter. The summer season starts around mid-April. The temperature is around 30 - 32 C until the end of April, then it gradually starts increasing. From June to October the temperature will vary from 35 - 40 C.
 
Q: What is the minimum number of people required for a wedding at Park Hyatt Dubai?
A: Two, the bride and the groom.

Q: Can we have a ceremony at the hotel?
A: During the winter month Park Hyatt Dubai’s lush gardens make for the perfect venues to honour your love, and tie the knot. The stunning Creek ballroom, as well as the property’s numerous restaurants, offer wonderful venues during the warmer summer months. You can also choose to have your very private wedding chapel anywhere in the hotel’s manicured lawns. We recommend to choose the Marina garden as it provides breathtaking view over the Marina whilst having the city’s skyline shimmering as the backdrop.

Q: Can I extend my venue booking past midnight?
A: This is not a problem and our dedicated events team is more than happy to accommodate your wishes.

Q: Are we permitted to serve alcohol at a wedding in Dubai?
A: Yes. Several beverage packages are available to choose from; alcoholic as well as non-alcoholic. Please click here to view available beverage packages.

Q: Can an entertainment programme be arranged?
A: Any type of entertainment programme can be arranged as per our guests’ wishes. Our dedicated events team can organise any entertainment from the elegant and classic violinist to a traditional belly dancer and lots more.

Q: Do I get a menu tasting included in my package?
A: A menu tasting can be arranged upon request and our culinary team will be at your side to assist for any necessary amendments. See some menu examples here.

Q: Can I host a morning-after brunch at the hotel?
A: We not only offer a great variety of breath taking venues for such an occasion but also the signature restaurant, Traiteur, has won numerous prestigious awards for its infamous Friday brunch. Park Hyatt Dubai’s culinary team can also assist with providing a tailor-made brunch menu for private brunches.

Q: Can my guests have an early check-in and a late check-out the morning after the wedding?
A: Check-out time is 12:00 noon but our guest services team will try their best to accommodate your requests. Please understand that a late check-out will also highly depend on the hotel’s capacity on the day.

Q: Is there a strict dress code in Dubai?
A: Dubai is a very respectful and vibrant city, flourishing with its cultural diversity and openness. As your wedding is a private event, you are the only person setting the dress code for this special day.
